Working with Us

Wagenknecht team members maintain a close working relationship with our clients to best represent our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.  Where available we work to accommodate our clients’ internal administration policies and the needs of the executives.

Our office is generally open Monday-Friday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm; however, consultations usually start between 9:00am – 3:00 pm. If you need to reach us after hours, email is best.

 

Electronic Communication

We are working to achieve a paperless office. It is our practice to send all incoming and outgoing correspondence to you by email, which includes our invoice. Large files are sent through our secure FTP site, with a temporary access link provided by email. Naturally, we can provide paper copes of documents if requested.

 

Billing & Invoices

We’ve adopted a more international approach to invoicing for our services. Invoices are typically sent at different phases of a project to assist with budgeting and to ensure our clients are aware of what work goes with what invoice. This can be increasing difficult to track when we are handling large IP portfolios.

The majority of our services are calculated using an hourly rate, however, in some well defined areas we also provide flat fees.
