As the Intellectual Property (IP) Coordinator, Ramona ensures all matters are handled, carefully, efficiently and timely. Ramona is involved throughout the entire process – from filing patent applications to conducting the final patent application audit prior to allowance and provides an effective interface for clients requiring further assistance in monitoring patent and portfolios.
With over 10 years’ experience in patent and trademark transactional work, she interfaces with the patent attorneys and paralegal team to effectively monitor over 800 patent and trademark matters and is instrumental in arranging for international entry throughout the world.
Prior to becoming a certified paralegal, Ramona was teacher in the San Diego school district and tutored students in English –including teaching English as a second language to children and adults.
